We are proficient in advising family members or representatives of those who become mentally incapacitated as a result of accidents, natural sickness, or deterioration as to how to properly safeguard, manage and administer the affairs of the vulnerable.
In handling a large volume of cases, we regularly advise and represent clients in taking out applications to appoint a Committee under Part II of the Mental Health Ordinance, and represent the Committees in contested hearings and high complexity cases involving substantial assets. We also represent mentally incapacitated victims of accidents to pursue their claims and protect their rights.
